Slate Cove Group is an IT and business consulting firm in Sacramento, California. We help small and mid-size organizations make technology choices they can afford and keep running.
Our mission
Requirements first, products second
Every project begins with a written list of what you need. We then compare options, plan the rollout in stages and stay with your team until questions slow down.
Today
How we work
We start with what your staff do every day, write down the requirements and only then talk about products.
What we value
How we work
Write it down
Requirements, decisions and costs are on paper before work starts.
Train the staff
A system nobody can use is a failed project.
Keep costs visible
You see licenses, support and training costs next to the price.
Stay through go-live
We are in the office on the first day and the first week after.
